Thompson's have just completed the demolition of Wellbar house; Wellbar House was located in the heart of Newcastle city centre on the doorstep of the city's beloved St James Park.

Thompson's of Prudhoe have just completed the demolition of Newcastle City Library. Located in the heart of the city, the building had been constructed in 1962. It was a four storey concrete framed building with panel infill.
